Hurxley Corp. said its normalized net income for the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2014, came to ¥34.03 per share, an increase of 19.1% from ¥28.57 per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was ¥339.8 million, an increase of 19.1% from ¥285.3 million in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin climbed to 2.7% from 2.3% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue totaled ¥12.41 billion, compared with ¥12.33 billion in the prior-year period, and total operating expenses came to ¥12.15 billion, compared with ¥12.10 billion in the year-earlier period.
Reported net income increased on an annual basis to ¥549.0 million, or ¥54.98 per share, from ¥270.0 million, or ¥27.04 per share.
As of Feb. 13, US$1 was equivalent to ¥118.68.
