National Veterinary Care Ltd. is acquiring a New South Wales, Australia-based clinic for a total cash consideration of about A$2.3 million.

The consideration includes a deferred component of A$450,000, subject to certain earnout conditions.

The deal is expected to close Oct. 31, subject to customary approvals and closing conditions, and the clinic is expected to deliver about A$1.6 million in annual revenue and an annual EBIT of about A$450,000.

National Veterinary Care has acquired multiple clinics during 2018, including a three-clinic acquisition in August. The acquisition will bring the company's total number of integrated veterinary services businesses to 68.

Queensland, Australia-based National Veterinary Care provides veterinary services through its network of clinics in Australia and New Zealand.
