Atrium shareholders to vote on extension of share buyback program

Atrium European Real Estate Ltd. seeks to extend a program expiring April 25 to buy back up to 50 million shares on the market.

The extension will be an ordinary resolution that Atrium shareholders will vote on at a scheduled annual general meeting on the same day.

Atrium directors do not plan to repurchase shares, and the extension of the program is a capital management strategy. The company did not buy shares under the program in full-year 2016 and as of April 6.
