Private equity firm Zouk Capital LLP bought a majority stake in BE Power, a subsidiary of independent power producer Building Energy SpA, for undisclosed terms.

The acquisition, which marks Zouk's entry in the Italian electric mobility market, is expected to help BE Power with its business strategy, according to a company release.
