Frasers Centrepoint issues S$90M of notes

Frasers Centrepoint Trust on April 3 issued S$90.0 million of 2.365% notes due 2020 under its S$1.00 billion multicurrency medium-term note program.

The notes have a maturity date of April 3, 2020, and may be redeemed at the option of the issuer in whole or in part on any interest payment date prior to its maturity.

The Singapore branch of CIMB Bank Bhd. and DBS Bank Ltd. were appointed as the joint lead managers and book runners. DBS Bank is also the global coordinator for the offering.

As of April 3, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.40.
