Shoppers Stop Ltd said its normalized net income for the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 came to 167.4 million rupees.
Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.
Total revenue totaled 9.45 billion rupees, and total operating expenses totaled 8.67 billion rupees.
Reported net income came to 347.0 million rupees, or 4.16 rupees per share.
For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled 4.83 rupees per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus normalized EPS estimate of 1.96 rupees.
EPS rose 42.9% from 3.38 rupees in the prior year.
Normalized net income was 403.7 million rupees, a rise of 43.4% from 281.6 million rupees in the prior year.
Full-year total revenue grew 13.3% on an annual basis to 42.88 billion rupees from 37.83 billion rupees, and total operating expenses grew 10.6% year over year to 41.35 billion rupees from 37.39 billion rupees.
The company said reported net income came to 424.2 million rupees, or 5.08 rupees per share, in the full year, compared with a loss of 82.2 million rupees, or a loss of 99 paise per share, the prior year.
