Stenprop Ltd. filed the prospectus for its plan to list 291,718,476 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, as part of its conversion into a U.K. real estate investment trust, which became effective May 1.
The real estate operator and manager expects all of its euro-denominated ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the bourse's specialist fund segment at 8 a.m. London time June 15, according to the prospectus.
On the same date the company's delisting on the Bermuda Stock Exchange will also become effective, but it will keep its primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. It also migrated its jurisdiction of incorporation to Guernsey from Bermuda, which took effect March 23.
