Banco Internacional de Costa Rica plans $3M debt offering

Banco Internacional de Costa Rica SA on Dec. 22 plans to offer $3.0 million worth of series FK negotiable commercial securities, according to a regulatory filing.

The 180-day debt will carry a 3.50% interest rate and is set to be issued on Dec. 27.

The bank plans to use proceeds from the offering to finance the growth of its loan portfolio.
