DMD Digital Health Connections Group Inc. said the TSX Venture Exchange approved its voluntary delisting, effective market close Oct. 9.
The healthcare data provider delisted its common stock from the exchange's NEX Board, as it is taken private by a company controlled by management shareholders and BMO Capital Markets Corp.
DMD Digital Health has received approvals from the Superior Court of Quebec and its shareholders for the deal. Proxy advisory firms Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. and Glass Lewis & Co. have also recommended the transaction.
The Verdun, Quebec-based company said the delisting also follows the closing of 10653365 Canada Inc.'s acquisition of all of its common stock by way of amalgamation.
Additionally, DMD Digital Health renamed to Les Services DMDConnects Inc., or DMDConnects Services Inc.
