FERC clears NJR Clean Energy to sell 9.7-MW Mont. wind farm to NorthWestern

FERC has granted a request by New Jersey Resources Corp. to sell to NorthWestern Corp. the 9.72-MW Two Dot wind farm in Montana. NorthWestern will purchase the facility for $18.5 million from New Jersey Resources subsidiary NJR Clean Energy Ventures.
