PT Inter Delta Tbk said its first-quarter normalized net income was 43 Indonesian sen per share, a decrease of 34.9% from 67 sen per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 256.8 million rupiah, a decline of 32.1% from 378.1 million rupiah in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin dropped to 1.4% from 1.7% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue declined 21.8% year over year to 17.87 billion rupiah from 22.85 billion rupiah, and total operating expenses declined 21.5% on an annual basis to 17.31 billion rupiah from 22.05 billion rupiah.
Reported net income decreased 38.3% on an annual basis to 280.1 million rupiah, or 47 sen per share, from 453.7 million rupiah, or 80 sen per share.
As of April 29, US$1 was equivalent to 12,900 rupiah.
