Edmund Kroll is retiring as senior vice president for finance and investor relations at Centene Corp., effective April 30, 2020.

Kroll will continue to lead investor relations for Centene until his retirement. His replacement has yet to be announced.

Property and casualty

Kimberly Ross will not stand for reelection to the board of Chubb Ltd. at the company's annual general meeting.

Ross will remain on the board until the annual general meeting on May 2020.

Aspen Insurance named Mauro Signorelli head of international cyber, Reinsurance News reported.

Signorelli served as senior underwriter for technology liability and cyber risk insurance at Aspen Insurance.

Edgewood Partners Insurance Center Inc. appointed Dave Tate principal at its property and casualty operations.

He will be based in Dallas and will be responsible for new business development and property/casualty insurance programs for mid-market and large clients.

Tate was at at Marsh LLC, where he specialized in placing insurance for businesses with difficult exposures or historical loss experience, including product liability issues and risk challenges within the manufacturing, construction and energy industries.
