Moody's withdraws issuer ratings of VTB Bank's London unit

Moody's on Sept. 13 withdrew U.K.-based VTB Capital PLC's Ba3/Not Prime long- and short-term issuer ratings, as well as the stable outlook on the company.

The agency withdrew the ratings for its own business reasons.

The outlook on the long-term issuer ratings was stable prior to the ratings withdrawal.

VTB Capital is majority owned by Russia-based JSC VTB Capital Holding, which in turn is a subsidiary of VTB Bank PJSC, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
