Bank of China to list US$30B note program on Hong Kong bourse

Bank of China Ltd. plans to list a US$30 billion medium-term note program on the Hong Kong bourse.

The bank said it applied with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. to list the medium-term note program for 12 months after April 7. The notes under the program will be issued to professional investors.

The listing is expected to become effective April 11.
