Capital Southwest files for offering of notes due 2024

Capital Southwest Corp. filed for its offering of notes due 2024.

The business development company did not disclose the principal, interest rate and maturity date of the notes. It plans to use net proceeds to repay debt under its credit facility, which is set to mature Dec. 21, 2023.

The filing listed Raymond James and JMP Securities as joint book-running managers of the offering. It also listed B. Riley FBR, Ladenburg Thalmann, ING and National Securities Corp. as the co-managers.
