Australia's Elanor Investors Group plans to list its Elanor Commercial Property Fund on the country's stock exchange in early December in an IPO worth between A$120 million and A$150 million, The Australian Financial Review's Street Talk reported.

Brokers including Moelis Australia Ltd., Shaw and Partners Ltd. and Ord Minnett Ltd held meetings with investors in the week of Oct. 21 about the IPO.
