Report: Elanor Investors seeks to raise up to A$150M from REIT IPO

Australia's Elanor Investors Group plans to list its Elanor Commercial Property Fund on the country's stock exchange in early December in an IPO worth between A$120 million and A$150 million, The Australian Financial Review's Street Talk reported.

Brokers including Moelis Australia Ltd., Shaw and Partners Ltd. and Ord Minnett Ltd held meetings with investors in the week of Oct. 21 about the IPO. Potential investors were notified that Elanor Commercial would be listed with a A$255 million market capitalization and targeted gearing of 20% on listing.

The IPO is being marketed at a 7.2% annualized 2020 financial year distribution yield, according to the report.
