Chevron director resigns

U.S. oil and gas giant Chevron Corp. said Jan. 3 that Inge Thulin resigned from the company's board, effective Jan. 1.

Thulin's departure was due to time and logistics conflicts and not as a result of a disagreement with the company, according to an SEC filing.
