Rand Mining Ltd. and Tribune Resources Ltd. outlined maiden dividends of 10 Australian cents and 20 cents per share, respectively, in separate June 9 statements.

The fully franked special dividend reflects proceeds from production at the East Kundana gold joint venture with Northern Star Resources Ltd. in Western Australia.

Both companies have set a record date of July 7 for the dividends.
