BIM Birlesik Magazalar AS said its fourth-quarter normalized net income was 37 kurus per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus estimate of 36 kurus per share.
EPS increased 64.4% year over year from 23 kurus.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 113.2 million lira, a gain of 64.4% from 68.9 million lira in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin climbed to 2.5% from 1.8% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue grew 20.8% year over year to 4.54 billion lira from 3.75 billion lira, and total operating expenses increased 19.1% year over year to 4.34 billion lira from 3.65 billion lira.
Reported net income rose 71.2% from the prior-year period to 141.1 million lira, or 46 kurus per share, from 82.4 million lira, or 27 kurus per share.
For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled 1.54 lira per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus normalized EPS estimate of 1.89 lira.
EPS rose 46.3% from 1.05 lira in the prior year.
Normalized net income was 468.1 million lira, an increase of 46.3% from 320.0 million lira in the prior year.
Full-year total revenue rose 20.5% year over year to 17.43 billion lira from 14.46 billion lira, and total operating expenses grew 19.6% year over year to 16.71 billion lira from 13.97 billion lira.
The company said reported net income increased 47.5% on an annual basis to 583.1 million lira, or 1.92 lira per share, in the full year, from 395.3 million lira, or 1.30 lira per share.
