Grupo Financiero Galicia replaces CFO

Grupo Financiero Galicia SA said March 29 that José Luis Ronsini will become its new CFO, replacing José Luis Gentile who resigned for personal reasons.

Gentile will leave his post March 31, while Ronsini, who currently serves as accounting manager at Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SA, will take over the CFO position April 1.

Separately, Grupo Galicia also announced that Luis Oddone has resigned from his director position, effective from April 25. Oddone has served as a director on the company's board since 2005.
