Zynga selling San Francisco HQ to Beacon Capital affiliate

Zynga Inc. agreed to sell its headquarters in San Francisco to an affiliate of Beacon Capital Partners LLC in a deal expected to close before the end of July.

The mobile game maker expects to receive a net cash benefit of roughly $600 million from the transaction.

Zynga will remain headquartered in the city and plans to lease back space at the property it purchased for $234 million in 2012.
