Japan-based Sumitomo Mitsui Finance & Leasing Co. Ltd. said July 27 that it is looking to raise ¥30 billion by issuing unsecured bonds in two tranches.
The company will issue ¥20 billion of four-year bonds with a 0.11% coupon rate, as well as ¥10 billion of 10-year bonds with a 0.41% coupon rate. The payment date is Aug. 3.
As of July 26, US$1 was equivalent to ¥111.08.
