Reliance Global seeks OTCQB listing

Reliance Global Group Inc. has applied to move its stock to the OTCQB Venture Market from the OTC Pink Market.

The company's listing on the OTCQB Venture Market is subject to the delivery of its 2018 consolidated audit by its independent registered public accountant, Friedman LLP. If the transfer pushes through, the company will trade under the symbol RELI on the OTCQB.

Reliance Global CEO Ezra Beyman said the move is a step toward the company's goal to trade on a national exchange.

"We believe the move to the OTCQB will provide greater transparency and increased exposure, as many brokers/dealers are unable to trade or recommend OTC Pink stocks," the CEO said.
