China's Northeast Securities to issue up to 2.5B yuan of bonds

Northeast Securities Co. Ltd. plans to raise 2.5 billion yuan by issuing bonds to qualified investors.

The company said Sept. 4 that regulatory authorities approved its bond issuance plan on Aug. 10.

The approval is valid for six months.

As of Sept. 4, US$1 was equivalent to 6.84 Chinese yuan.
