St. Joe unit discloses possible significant hurricane damage at 2 Fla. assets

A St. Joe Co. unit said in a release that two of its properties in Bay and Gulf counties in Florida may have sustained significant damage from Hurricane Michael.

St. Joe Club & Resorts is still evaluating its operations at Bay Point Marina in Bay County and Port St. Joe Marina in Gulf County, and its properties in Gulf and Franklin counties.

St. Joe said all of its other club and resort properties in Bay and Walton counties sustained minimal damage from the hurricane, based on an initial assessment, and should reopen Oct. 12.
