AusRoc Metals exits external administration, reconstitutes board

AusRoc Metals Ltd. said Dec. 4 that it exited external administration, effective immediately, and reconstituted its board of directors.

The company was assigned administrators on order of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in August 2016, and the administrators ceded control of the company after it met certain conditions, including the termination of an order for the winding up of the company by the court Nov. 2, 2016.

Upon reconstitution, the board now comprises Managing Director Gerard Anderson and Donald Triggs as executive directors and Neville Martin, David Lindh and Joe Fekete as nonexecutive directors.

Following the exit from external administration, the company is working toward the acquisition of the issued share capital of unlisted mining exploration company Woomera Exploration Ltd., which holds approximately 5,584 square kilometers of tenements in South Australia.
