Arbor Realty Trust Inc. named Bill O'Brien senior vice president of agency production.

In his role, O'Brien will take charge of the development and growth of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac production pipelines as well as agency relationship management.

He was Fannie Mae's director of multifamily before the appointment.
