Aegon prices $925M of subordinated notes

Aegon NV priced $925 million of Tier 2 subordinated notes with a fixed coupon of 5.1%, maturing Dec. 15, 2049.

The first call date is Dec. 15, 2024. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The notes are being issued by Aegon Funding Co. LLC and will be guaranteed on a subordinated basis by Aegon.
