Realogy Holdings seeks shareholder approval to amend bylaws with simple majority

Realogy Holdings Corp. is seeking approval for an amendment to its certificate of incorporation to eliminate the supermajority voting requirements currently in place to amend the certificate of incorporation and bylaws of the company.

The amendment seeks to change the requirement to a majority of the votes rather than the current 75% affirmative votes requirement for any modification, amendment or repeal.

Vote for the approval will be held at the 2019 annual meeting of stockholders slated for May 1.
