Unilever prices $1.5B bond

Anglo-Dutch consumer goods producer Unilever PLC on Sept. 4 priced its triple-tranche $1.5 billion bond on the U.S. market, according to a London Stock Exchange filing.

The bonds include $500 million of 3% fixed-rate notes due March 2022, $500 million of 3.25% fixed-rate notes due March 2024 and $500 million of 3.5% fixed-rate notes due March 2028.

The 2028 notes bear the same terms as the $800 million 3.5% fixed-rate notes due March 2028 issued by the company March 20.

The offer is scheduled to close Sept. 7.
