Honeywell International Inc. on Feb. 4 completed its acquisition of COM DEV International Ltd. for a transaction value of C$455.7 million.

The company offered C$5.13 per share for the stake.

In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.

Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Black Box Institute were the financial advisers for COM DEV International, while Gardiner Roberts LLP and Osler Hoskin & Harcourt LLP were the legal advisers.
