National Australia Bank buys back US$2M of subordinated notes

National Australia Bank Ltd. repurchased US$2.0 million of subordinated floating-rate notes.

The notes were issued Oct. 9, 1986. After the cancellation of the repurchased notes, the outstanding nominal amount of the 1986 notes will be US$52.2 million, according to an Aug. 1 filing.
