CVS taps former Eli Lilly CFO to run pharmacy benefit unit

CVS Health Corp. tapped former Eli Lilly and Co. CFO Derica Rice as president of CVS Caremark, its pharmacy benefit management business.

Rice, who was with Eli Lilly for 27 years and also served as executive vice president of global services, will join CVS on March 30.

The drugstore operator is in the process of closing its $69 billion acquisition of Aetna Inc.
