Live Oak Bancshares unit launches wealth management company

Live Oak Bank has launched Live Oak Private Wealth, a company that will provide wealth and investment management strategies to high-net-worth individuals and their families.

Andy Basinger, Jason Carroll, Bill Coleman and Connor Keller were appointed managing directors.

Basinger has more than 16 years of wealth management experience, according to the bank. Carroll, who has been with Live Oak for five years, has more than 20 years of experience in investment advising and the financial services industries. He also previously was managing director of Live Oak's investment advisory lending team. Coleman has joined the company with 32 years of experience in investment advising. Keller, who has 20 years of experience, previously was a financial adviser for a large regional brokerage and investment banking firm.
