* Isaac Kassirer agreed to acquire a 21-building portfolio with 224 rental apartments in Harlem in New York City from multifamily company E&M Associates for $85 million, The Real Deal reported.

* Lennar Corp. purchased 273 acres in southern Hillsborough County, near Tampa, Fla., from Cypress Creek Land Corp. for $17.5 million, The Real Deal reported. The residential homebuilder intends to construct around 850 houses at the site.

* Sabot Development and Hayes Modular Group are constructing a 175-unit complex at 401 S. Guadalupe St. in San Marcos, Texas, the Austin Business Journal reported. The $22 million Cheatham Flats is touted by the developers as the first multistory steel, modular apartment complex in the state.

* GreenOak Real Estate sold its mixed-use Soho building at 5-7 Mercer St. in Manhattan, N.Y., to Churchill Real Estate Holdings and Square Advisors for $21 million, The Real Deal reported, citing unnamed sources. The property spans 21,500 square feet and sports nine rental residential units, along with various clothing stores.

* A Lifton Green LLC-controlled company disposed of a vacant one-acre lot at 910 S. Ocean Blvd. in Palm Beach, Fla., for roughly $17.6 million, The Real Deal reported. The publication noted that the address of the buyer matched that of private equity investment firm DC Capital Partners.

* CareTrust REIT Inc. purchased a 186-bed skilled nursing facility in Butte, Mont., for an investment of roughly $5.8 million, financed through the company's $400 million unsecured revolving credit facility.
