Fabege AB raises 300M kronor of green financing

Fabege AB said it raised 300 million Swedish kronor of green financing through Svensk FastighetsFinansiering AB for a three-year bond.

The bond expires May 29, 2020, and has a spread of three months Stibor plus 105 bps. It will be listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Sustainable Bond List.

The company's outstanding bonds total approximately 2.55 billion Swedish kronor, with green bonds accounting for approximately 1.87 billion Swedish kronor.

Swedbank acted as the lead manager for the transaction.

As of Jan. 24 US$1 was equivalent to 8.84 Swedish kronor.
