Trinity Place buys NYC mixed-use building for $81M

Trinity Place Holdings Inc. closed on the purchase of a 105-unit, 12-story apartment building at 237 11th Street in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, N.Y., from an Adam America Equities LLC affiliate for $81.0 million.

The residential portion of the property is roughly 63% leased. The property also includes 6,264 square feet of retail space, a portion of which is leased to Starbucks Inc., according to the real estate investment company.
