Orchestra-Prémaman fiscal H1 profit climbs 19.3% YOY

Orchestra-Prémaman SA said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended Aug. 31 came to 45 euro cents per share, a gain of 19.3% from 38 cents per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €7.2 million, an increase of 19.3% from €6.0 million in the prior-year period.

Total revenue rose 13.9% year over year to €249.2 million from €218.8 million, and total operating expenses rose 14.3% on an annual basis to €235.7 million from €206.1 million.

Reported net income grew from the prior-year period to €27.5 million, or €1.72 per share, from €9.3 million, or 58 cents per share.
