Marlin Business Services Corp. CFO W. Taylor Kamp has left the position, effective immediately.

Kamp, who was named CFO and senior vice president in 2015, will stay on with the company through the end of the year as a consultant to help with the transition of the company's finance and accounting functions.

Marlin Business Services has engaged Korn Ferry, an executive search firm, to help find Kamp's replacement.
