Diane Baker is now PeoplesBank, a Codorus Valley Co.'s executive vice president and chief operating and risk officer.

She had been the York, Pa.-based bank's senior vice president and chief risk officer. Baker is also vice president, assistant secretary and assistant treasurer of PeoplesBank's holding company, Codorus Valley Bancorp Inc.

PeoplesBank and Codorus Valley Bancorp on Feb. 5 terminated the employment of COO A. Dwight Utz.
