Australia's superannuation fund Qsuper buys 2 US properties for A$1B

Australian superannuation fund Qsuper acquired an office complex in Bellevue, Wash., and an apartment property in Falls Creek, Va., for A$1 billion, IPE Real Assets reported.

The office property totals 70,000 square meters and consists of two towers leased to Microsoft, while the apartment property offers 939 units and a four-story garage, according to the report.
