Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo SpA issued €850 million and CHF225 million in international bonds in three tranches, Cbonds reported.
The first tranche of the floating-rate notes totals €450 million, carries a coupon of three-month euro interbank offered rate, or Euribor, plus 1.38% and matures Sept. 12, 2026.
The second tranche of the floating-rate notes totals €400 million, carries a coupon of three-month Euribor plus 1.29% and matures Sept. 12, 2025.
The third tranche of fixed-rate notes totals CHF225 million, carries a 0.25% coupon and matures Sept. 30, 2024.
The first and second tranches were sold at a price of 100%, while the third was sold at 100.273%.
Banca IMI served as sole book runner for the first and second tranches. UBS served as sole book runner for the third tranche.
