Charleston, S.C.-based CresCom Bank named Christopher Robbins senior vice president and east region credit risk manager.

Robbins joins the Carolina Financial Corp. unit from Wilson, N.C.-based Cornerstone Bank, where he has served as executive vice president, chief credit officer and CEO.

Cornerstone Bank parent CB Financial Corp. is slated to complete its merger with Rocky Mount, N.C.-based Providence Bank this March.
