Kroll affirms ratings for F.N.B., unit

Kroll Bond Rating Agency affirmed the ratings for Pittsburgh-based F.N.B. Corp. and unit First National Bank of Pennsylvania.

The rating agency affirmed the company's senior unsecured debt rating of BBB+, subordinated debt rating of BBB and short-term debt rating of K2. The bank's deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings of A-, subordinated debt rating of BBB+, and short-term deposit and debt ratings of K2 were also affirmed.

The outlook for all long-term ratings remains positive.

In affirming the ratings, Kroll took into account the company's "highly experienced and risk focused management team."
