Report: White House considering ex-PepsiCo CEO to lead World Bank

The White House is reportedly considering former PepsiCo Inc. CEO Indra Nooyi, along with Treasury Department official David Malpass and Overseas Private Investment Corp. CEO Ray Washburne, to head the World Bank Group, an administration official told Reuters.

Ivanka Trump, President Donald Trump's daughter and a senior White House adviser, is helping to lead the headhunt, the publication reported.

Current World Bank President Jim Yong Kim will step down Feb. 1.
