Oracle Corp. on Jan. 23 completed its deal to acquire DataLogix Holdings Inc. for a transaction value of $1.19 billion.

In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP were the legal advisers for Oracle.

Qatalyst Partners LP was the financial adviser for DataLogix Holdings, while Cooley LLP was the legal adviser.
