Under Armour Inc.'s Senior Vice President of Footwear Peter Ruppe is leaving the company amid the retailer's sales slump, The Wall Street Journal reported Nov. 21, citing a company spokeswoman.
The footwear executive's departure follows recent high-profile exits at the company, including Chief Marketing Officer Andrew Donkin and the heads of its women's, youth and sports fashion businesses, according to the report. Co-founder Kip Fulks also went on sabbatical in October.
Ruppe will reportedly be succeeded by Ryan Drew, who was previously general manager of Under Armour's basketball division.
The Journal said Ruppe declined to comment.
