HarbourVest Partners Co-Investment Fund V LP has received about $1.86 billion in capital commitments from 27 investors since it started fundraising in June 2018.

The private equity fund is managed by HarbourVest Partners LLC, which specializes in fund investing, secondary and direct co-investments, as well as commingled funds or separately managed accounts.
