1st Source ups dividend

South Bend, Ind.-based 1st Source Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 29 cents per common share, up from the previous payout of 27 cents per share.

The dividend is payable Nov. 15 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 5.

The company reported third-quarter net income available to common shareholders of $24.4 million, or 95 cents per share, compared to $19.9 million, or 76 cents per share, a year ago.
