Park & Bellheimer H1 profit climbs 52.2% YOY

Park & Bellheimer AG said its normalized net income for the first half was 4 euro cents per share, an increase of 86.4% from 2 cents per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €200,510, a gain of 52.2% from €131,750 in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue came to €9.3 million, compared with €9.2 million in the year-earlier period, and total operating expenses came to €8.8 million, compared with €8.9 million in the year-earlier period.

Reported net income rose 22.5% year over year to €139,670, or 3 cents per share, from €114,000, or 2 cents per share.
